Author Guidelines

1. General Information

Al-Mukhlashin: Multidisciplinary Journal of Science is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, and literature reviews in various scientific disciplines. Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. Scope of the Journal

Manuscripts should be relevant to the journal’s focus and scope, including but not limited to:
Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Islamic Studies, Economics, Management, Law, Science and Technology, Health Sciences, Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Communication, and Community Development.

3. Language

Manuscripts must be written in English using clear, academic, and grammatically correct language.

4. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles

  • Review Articles (Literature Reviews)

  • Conceptual or Theoretical Papers

5. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be prepared in the following order:

  1. Title
    Concise, informative, and reflecting the content of the manuscript.

  2. Author(s) Information
    Full name(s) of author(s), institutional affiliation(s), and email address of the corresponding author.

  3. Abstract
    A single paragraph of 150–250 words summarizing the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

  4. Keywords
    3–5 keywords relevant to the topic.

  5. Introduction
    Background, research problem, objectives, and significance of the study.

  6. Literature Review (if applicable)

  7. Methodology
    Research design, data sources, instruments, and analysis methods.

  8. Results and Discussion
    Presentation and interpretation of research findings.

  9. Conclusion
    Summary of findings and recommendations for future research.

  10. Acknowledgements (optional)

  11. References

6. Formatting Guidelines

  • Manuscript length: 4,000–7,000 words

  • Paper size: A4

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  • Line spacing: 1

  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

  • Tables and figures must be numbered and titled clearly.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Authors who publish with Al-Mukhlashin: Multidisciplinary Journal of Science agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain the copyright of their published work and grant Al-Mukhlashin: Multidisciplinary Journal of Science the right of first publication.

  2. The published articles are made available under an open-access policy, allowing readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, provided that proper acknowledgment of the original author(s) and the journal is given.

  3. Authors are permitted to distribute their published work (e.g., in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networks) with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in Al-Mukhlashin: Multidisciplinary Journal of Science.

  4. The use of published articles for commercial purposes requires prior written permission from the copyright holder.
