This research discusses the important role of Islamic religious education in forming moral attitudes and increasing dedication in the work environment. This study highlights the ethical values taught in Islamic religious education and their impact on individual behavior in the context of professionalism and work commitment. This analysis also reveals how Islamic religious education encourages the development of strong character and moral awareness which influences daily interactions in the workplace, as well as its contribution in strengthening personal integrity and organizational performance. In addition, this abstract illustrates the relevance of Islamic religious education in overcoming moral and social challenges in modern society, as well as providing a foundation for a deeper understanding of the relationship between religious values and success in a professional career
